• Used usability testing (card sorting) and website usage analytics to determine new information architecture based on OSFI’s purpose rather than its internal structure.
• Worked with an outside agency to design the site and migrate existing policy content.
• Performed quality assurance audits on hundreds of pages following migration for accuracy and accessibility.
• Wrote new high-level content aimed at the Canadian public.
• Fostered relationships with subject-matter experts and colleagues throughout OSFI to facilitate the adoption of web communications best practices.
