Key highlights

• Used heuristic and web usage analysis to determine what content could be removed to reduce redundancy and make essential content easier to find
• Worked closely with OEE management and working level colleagues to secure buy-in to take a new, audience-centric approach to the OEE website.
• Supervised a vendor who created new content and rewrote content for the website, and evaluated their output for compliance to standards.
• Although the site moved to Canada.ca after this project, NRCan has maintained much of the information architecture I created.
